the room was very clean and cozy. the staff were caring and attentive , anticipating every need. the modern room design made me not want to leave.

i found the service a bit slow when i went for a drink , even though it wasn't busy. it took some time to get someone's attention.

The hotel is wonderfully located directly on the water. i upgraded to a room overlooking the marina (it was worth it). i enjoyed breakfast in my room. It tasted delicious. the bathroom was great, especially the view from the window.

i found parking to be somewhat chaotic. the car park was full when i arrived, but blocked-off spaces were available. i was initially directed to another car park, but then allowed into one of the blocked spaces, it was frustrating.

i found the staff friendly and polite , with no request seeming too difficult. the reception area features large glass windows , with a perfect view of the harbour. parking next to the hotel was convenient and reasonably priced on a first-come, first-served basis.

service to get someone's attention for drinks was slow , even though it was not busy.

The location was great right on the waterfront. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. our room was a salthouse double room. It was modern and cosy.

Parking was chaotic on arrival. the car park was full. Spaces were blocked off. i was directed to another car park initially. i found it frustrating.
